He has worked with law firms such as Dentons, Glatzová & Co., and Havel & Partners, collaborating with developers and investment funds on transactions worth hundreds of millions of euros. Later, he joined CTP, where he contributed to construction financing across Europe. As a founder, he now leads NIRA Real Estate, aiming to connect innovation with regional sustainability.

At NIRA Real Estate, he is responsible for construction operations, team coordination, schedule management, and budget compliance. Renowned for his precision, attention to detail, and ability to tackle technical challenges, Jaromír ensures the seamless execution of every project.
